Echo Care Specialty Pharmacy is independently owned and operated by pharmacists with clinical knowledge in complex disease management therapy. Prescriptions for patients are filled in a quick and timely manner, with insurance claims billed accurately to payors and assistance programs.
Our healthcare team of clinical pharmacists, case managers, and technicians are here to answer questions from patients and caregivers on issues of insurance claims and any other pertinent needs for patients’ well-being. We are available by phone, email, and in person.
In the USA, some of the prescribed medicines are only supplied by authorized pharmacies to prevent misusage of these essential drugs. Graduating from St. John’s Pharmacy School in 2014, I’ve dedicated my career to assisting individuals grappling with complex disease states. One of my foremost passions lies in ensuring that those in need receive optimal therapies tailored to their unique conditions.
A key strength of mine is my adeptness at engaging with physicians. I take pride in effectively communicating and collaborating with healthcare providers to recommend the most suitable lines of therapy for patients. By ensuring that prescribed treatments align with the patient’s insurance formulary, I not only facilitate access to effective therapies but also contribute to cost savings for the patients.

Greetings, I’m Tanika. I have proudly worked at Echo Care Specialty Pharmacy for 15 years. My expertise lies in addressing the financial challenges patients face with co-pays. As a Patient Coordinator, I foster strong relationships with our patients, ensuring they feel at ease with the financial aspects of their treatment. This involves providing assistance with refills, facilitating grants, navigating government assistance programs, managing copay cards, and more. Additionally, I meticulously conduct monthly audits to guarantee adherence to the protocols and guidelines established by insurance companies and payors.

Hello, I’m Tatiana. I’ve been a part of the Echo Care Specialty Pharmacy team for over 8 years, where I serve as a prescribing doctor-patient liaison for many of our clients. My role involves managing incoming prescriptions, ensuring accuracy by verifying medication and insurance information with both providers and patients. I also play a vital role in improving medication adherence by promptly requesting prescription refills when needed. Additionally, I coordinate office deliveries to medical providers and home deliveries to patients, ensuring seamless service. A particular focus of mine is assisting our Russian-speaking clients with scheduling deliveries, managing copayments, providing insurance information, and addressing any provider-related questions they may have. Oh, and did I mention I have a soft spot for chocolate chip cookies?
